I am a transformational leadership coach with a bold yet deeply human vision that leadership begins within. I had my part of learning moments in life, growing up without parents, taking care of my sister. I had to listen, show up and learned to read emotions most couldn't start to name. I had to learn not only to survive but to lead — from within.
My Journey
Born in Germany, raised in Croatia, and rebuilt in Switzerland after fleeing war as a teenager, I adapted to different environments, cultures and politics. I had to embody transformation in every aspect of my life. My path taught me to adapt fast, decode complexity, and hold space for people to return to their real, rooted selves.
