Catch the surge before it becomes your action. Ask: What is happening in me right now — in my body, emotion, impulse?

Name

Precision creates choice. Name the story underneath. Ask: What story is underneath — fear, ego, value, need, old pattern?

Neutralize

Regulate before you communicate. Calm your system before you shape the room. Pause. Breathe. Set a boundary. Silence before words.

Navigate

Turn regulation into leadership action. Choose the just measure. Avoidance is one extreme. Attack is the other. Navigate is the third way: truth, calm, responsibility.

Nourish

Make courage a habit. Capture the trigger, the story, the response, and the result — because what you don't nourish, you repeat.
